Key Responsibilities

  • •Own territory management and execute full sales strategy from market analysis and forecasting through pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
  • •Respond quickly to inbound leads and requests, using CRM systems to manage and coordinate customer interactions.
  • •Drive new business development and client acquisition by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals and educating them on EquipmentShare solutions.
  • •Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction, and communicate new or additional ways EquipmentShare can improve customers’ businesses.
  • •Promptly resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and communications; conduct sales presentations; manage and support jobsite activities with remote and onsite involvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong outside sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • •Tenacity and innovation, with the ability to execute account development and growth plans.
  • •Heavy construction equipment or rental/construction industry knowledge (rental or construction) and B2B sales experience preferred.
  • •Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with technical aptitude to adapt and stay educated on products/services.
  • •Ability to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
