Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site production execution support for equipment, process, materials, and product issues using data-driven methods like SPC and DOE and maintain shop process documentation.
  • •Develop and execute new product builds using automated equipment, solving technical challenges for next-generation product designs.
  • •Ensure developed and executed processes meet product quality requirements (J-STD-001, MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC, etc.).
  • •Lead process improvement projects to increase factory productivity by qualifying new materials and leveraging new technologies.
  • •Perform capital equipment down-selection and integration to meet current and future business needs while communicating technical information effectively across functions.

Key Requirements
