Maintenance Planner

Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for a Specialty Rolled Products melting facility, including issuing work schedules, creating critical-path plans for major shutdown work, and ensuring equipment and materials are available when required. Coordinate contractor activities, manage preventative/predictive maintenance inspections, and maintain accurate work history and documentation in Maximo. Lead planning with operations through daily DMB meetings, drive continuous improvement using exception reports, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.
