Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide and signal quad bike riders at designated operational points.
  • •Use hand signals, flags or approved signaling methods to control movement.
  • •Help maintain safe separation between quad bikes, pedestrians and other vehicles.
  • •Support safe entry, exit, queuing and movement within designated activity areas.
  • •Coordinate with Traffic Control, Marshalls, HSE and operational teams; identify and report unsafe behavior, hazards or incidents; follow site safety and emergency procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience as a Waver, Traffic Marshal, Flagman, Banksman, Event Marshal, Parking Marshal, Security Officer or similar role preferred.
  • •Good awareness of traffic and pedestrian safety.
  • •Able to communicate effectively in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • •Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.
  • •Confident working around moving vehicles/quad bikes and members of the public.
