Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure and customize SAP HCM Fiori ESS/MSS apps (standardized or customer-specific) in SAP HCM environments.
  • •Digitalize and optimize HR workflows such as vacation requests, travel expense settlement, time recording (CATS), and salary statements.
  • •Further develop Fiori/UI5 applications to improve UX and mobility.
  • •Manage interfaces and integration with the SAP HCM backend to ensure correct data integration.
  • •Develop customer-specific reports and solutions in SAP HCM using ABAP/ABAP-OO, including ESS/MSS and Fiori Launchpad customizing and user self-service support.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field.
  • •Over 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of the SAP Employee & Manager Self Services component.
  • •Strong knowledge of adjacent SAP HCM modules such as personnel administration, time management (time recording), and organizational management.
  • •Solid experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, HTML5, JavaScript, OData services, and WebDynpro.
  • •Deep knowledge of ABAP/ABAP-OO including BAdIs and BAPIs, plus experience implementing apps on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
