Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end content strategy and roadmap for CloudOS developer documentation, driving measurable impact on developer productivity.
•Create practical developer docs including quickstarts, tutorials, reference material (ADF schemas, pipeline examples), runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and reusable best-practice patterns.
•Translate AI platform guidance into consistent, production-ready content patterns for developers and AI-driven tools.
•Build scalable docs-as-code systems by maintaining example repos, starter templates, and automated pipelines to make CloudOS adoption easy and safe.
•Design task-focused, interactive content and shape information architecture (navigation, taxonomy, and search) so developers can quickly find what they need, partnering with engineers and iterating with user feedback and metrics.

Key Requirements

•Design and produce developer-facing technical content for platform or infrastructure products, with a portfolio of tutorials, API/CLI references, and examples.
•Apply deep content design and information architecture skills to break down complex workflows into clear, usable steps.
•Use docs-as-code practices, including Git/GitHub, Markdown or AsciiDoc, and CI-based publishing workflows, working comfortably alongside engineers.
•Have working knowledge of cloud and platform engineering concepts such as containers, ECS/EKS, serverless, Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, IAM, and observability.
•Validate content with real users using usability feedback and metrics to continuously improve.
