Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of software, application, and infrastructure services for a logistics client in Atlanta. Own contractual compliance, delivery quality, client satisfaction, crisis/disaster planning, and escalation/SLA incident management. Drive automation and continuous improvement, run customer governance forums, and manage financial forecasting and operating plans. Partner with internal and client stakeholders to support transformation and expand the services footprint.

Key Responsibilities

•Accountable for end-to-end delivery of NTT DATA Software and Application services for a logistics client, ensuring operational excellence and contractual compliance.
•Monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction through direct interactions with key stakeholders and executive-level relationship management.
•Develop and maintain crisis/disaster plans, implement project mitigation plans, and manage outage/escalation/missed SLA incidents.
•Implement automation and efficiency programs and drive client improvement plans to enhance satisfaction and service quality.
•Manage financial performance including revenue/cost/margin forecasts, operating plans, closing forecast gaps, and resource ramp-up/ramp-down.

Key Requirements

•Must be a US citizen or Green card holder to proceed with applying.
•Must be local to Atlanta, Georgia and work in a hybrid setting (expectation 2-3 days per week) onsite at the client’s location.
•Requires a Bachelors degree to apply.
•Highly experienced in end-to-end delivery of software, application, and infrastructure services in complex environments.
•Strong expertise in infrastructure services, cloud, data center colocation, and leading large matrixed teams.
