Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain end-to-end finance process documentation, SOPs, and process maps across AP, AR, and R2R.
  • •Establish process governance frameworks and ensure consistent compliance with policies, approval authorities, and control requirements.
  • •Drive finance operations service delivery performance using KPIs/SLAs, dashboards, and root-cause analysis with corrective action plans.
  • •Champion Lean Six Sigma and transformation initiatives to simplify, standardise, and automate processes; support ERP enhancements and workflow/AI/RPA deployments.
  • •Lead and develop finance operations teams; support GCC migration, process discovery, documentation, training, and change communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA or equivalent) preferred.
  • •8–12 years of experience in finance operations, GCC or global business services.
  • •Strong understanding of AP, AR and R2R processes with proven experience optimizing, standardising, and automating finance processes.
  • •Demonstrable experience leading operational teams and establishing KPIs/SLAs and governance frameworks.
