Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with quality activities for pre-contract planning and coordinate with Engineering on inspection and test plans.
  • •Ensure adequate QA/QC resources and that subcontractor contract requirements include quality requirements.
  • •Review key deliverables and subcontractor/supplier quality documentation; develop and maintain project quality documentation and records.
  • •Identify non-conformances, liaise with the project quality team and project management on quality issues, and prepare project audit schedules.
  • •Own and enforce compliance with McDermott policies and procedures; ensure mandatory training completion for you and your teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • •10+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry in a Quality Manager role.
  • •Overall experience applying Quality Management principles in the construction industry.
  • •Ability to communicate and write clearly and concisely.
  • •Competent user of in-house software with working knowledge of wider applications.
