Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, anti-spam policies, and message tracing
  • •Administer mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and Microsoft 365 groups
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve email delivery and messaging issues across the organization
  • •Manage Microsoft Teams environments, including team and channel provisioning, permissions, and lifecycle support
  • •Support cross-tenant collaboration, including configuration and operational support for Microsoft Entra Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) user access and synchronization

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline and 5 years of IT experience
  • •Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online, including mail flow, transport rules, anti-spam policies, and message tracing
  • •Experience managing mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and messaging-related permissions
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Teams administration, including team and channel management, permissions, and collaboration workflows
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra cross-tenant collaboration, Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) user management, and Entitlement Management (Access Packages)
