Key Responsibilities

•Operate QC distribution tasks/processes according to quality standards and deliver work to the next process within the suitable timeline.
•Record inspection data into the system with correct information and identify nonconformance products.
•Deliver products after inspection from the work area to the original source or next process.
•Continuously improve skills, knowledge, and abilities related to QC distribution and quality inspection.
•Communicate with the team and stakeholders to exchange information about quality.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/High Vocational Certificate or at least 1 year of jewelry business experience.
•At least 1 year of experience in jewelry business or experience maintaining AX, DCS, or SAP systems.
•Knowledge of Excel, Word, E-mail, AX, DCS, or SAP.
•Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to make correct decisions, work under pressure, and rotate shifts.
