Key Responsibilities

  • •Record and analyze production data and write reports under the Production Supervisor.
  • •Assist geologists and engineers with electronic, sonic, or nuclear measuring instruments and gather/analyze well and production data.
  • •Support well optimization and well failure analysis and prepare monthly performance reports for producing wells.
  • •Report KPIs for production, new completes, recompletes, and workovers; produce Weekly Production Reports and Up/Down Reports and other weekly activity/flowback reports.
  • •Collect formation, mud, and soil samples, perform laboratory tests, record results, and compile information into reports and databases.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Operator, Engineer, or ESP Technician positions.
  • •Knowledge of artificial lift systems including ESP, hydraulic pumping, chemical treatment, surface facilities, and dehydration plants.
  • •Intermediate English and field-based work.
