Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure oversight responsibilities in Depositary Operations are met under AIFMD, UCITS V, and other regulatory requirements.
  • •Interpret information from investment managers to understand alternative investments and their supporting documentation.
  • •Coordinate sourcing of executed documentation, validate documentation and information, and perform/review asset verification for “Other Assets.”
  • •Support daily processes including actioning team mailbox maintenance and other operational activities.
  • •Participate in internal and external meetings, suggest process improvements, ensure governance procedures are followed, and gather data for internal and external reporting.
