Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform final testing and commissioning of complex audio-visual systems during and after build.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints; test point-to-point functionality and review SOW quality and completeness.
  • •Test integrated systems and troubleshoot issues for AMX/Crestron and DSP systems, including field installation and upload/download capability.
  • •Write and fine-tune code and perform minor programming changes under direction to optimize audio/video system performance.
  • •Configure IP addressable devices, provide client training and final job documentation, create and complete project punchlists, and act as a customer liaison when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Communicate professionally with internal teams and clients and demonstrate strong business writing skills.
  • •Use test and calibration equipment and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • •Provide minor programming capability for AMX/Crestron changes and troubleshooting.
  • •Diagnose complex audio/video/control system problems using knowledge of advanced signal flow.
  • •Understand IP networking and have advanced PC proficiency; high school diploma or equivalent; ability to climb and work from ladders up to 35 feet.
