Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, support, and maintain enterprise J2EE-based web applications in production.
  • •Provide production monitoring, error analysis, and deep-dive investigations for failures impacting B2B clients.
  • •Troubleshoot and debug issues across React.js, Spring/Spring Boot, and related Java frameworks.
  • •Lead a team, provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members, and maintain ownership of issues until resolution.
  • •Manage customer expectations with clear communication, and coordinate with other teams as needed using kanban/ticket-based models.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of production monitoring experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with React.js and core principles, including Redux or Flux workflows.
  • •Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and other Java frameworks, including Spring Security and SSO solutions.
  • •Knowledge of SOA and web services (REST/SOAP), plus database experience with Oracle/MySQL and ORM tools.
  • •Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, including guidance/mentoring and using kanban and ticket-based production support models.
