•Serve as a trusted People Business Partner to assigned business groups, building strong relationships with leaders and employees across the organization
•Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and role clarity
•Coach managers on performance management, feedback, communication, and team leadership effectiveness
•Support leaders in driving accountability, performance outcomes, and consistent application of people practices
•Provide guidance on people-related decisions including promotions, role changes, performance actions, and terminations from a business effectiveness perspective

•Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders across all levels of the organization.
