Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of data pipelines integrating multiple data sources into the G2 Data Platform.
•Optimize pipelines for cost effectiveness, scalability, and reliability, and improve near real-time data availability.
•Contribute to data modeling, design reviews, and scalable data infrastructure architecture changes.
•Own data quality and data governance initiatives, including privacy and security standards, and document architectures and workflows.
•Guide junior engineers with technical support and best practices while collaborating and sharing knowledge across the team.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience as a data engineer or ETL developer.
•2+ years of development experience in data modeling, optimization, and database architecture.
•Design and develop data pipelines using cloud and open-source tools.
•Proficiency in writing and debugging SQL queries.
•Good programming skills in Python or Java, plus performance tuning and debugging of data pipelines.
