  • •Lead large, sophisticated projects with significant risk and complexity, developing strategy for execution and resource requirements.
  • •Negotiate and evaluate deal structures, assessing risk/reward potential and cost/rate of return.
  • •Develop innovative services, technologies, processes, or products to address current and future customer needs.
  • •Conduct research and analysis to identify, evaluate, recommend, and pursue new growth opportunities.
  • •Benchmark post-transaction operating results against acquisition pro forma and assist with acquisition long-range forecasts.
