Job Summary

Build and maintain scalable, reliable product features across the full stack for a fast-moving B2B team. Own work from discovery through observability: technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and verification. Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile while working in a Kubernetes-driven, microservices environment using Ruby/Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC, Kafka, and domain-driven design. Leverage AI tooling to ship high-impact improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to take features from discovery to rollout and beyond.
•Own features end-to-end from discovery to observability, including technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout.
•Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable Ruby/Elixir code.
•Work across a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and modern messaging systems (Kafka).
•Operate in a Kubernetes-driven environment as the platform continues migrating to microservices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 25,000 - 40,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents, integrating them into workflow while adhering to architecture and security standards.
•Experience building and maintaining globally distributed systems.
•Knowledge of event-driven architectures, including Kafka.
•~2+ years of experience in product engineering, developer tools, or infrastructure at scale.
•Familiarity with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript is a plus.
