Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile engineers to take features from discovery to rollout and beyond.
  • •Own features end-to-end from discovery to observability, including technical design, implementation, testing, and rollout.
  • •Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and reliable Ruby/Elixir code.
  • •Work across a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) and modern messaging systems (Kafka).
  • •Operate in a Kubernetes-driven environment as the platform continues migrating to microservices.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience building and interacting with AI agents, integrating them into workflow while adhering to architecture and security standards.
