Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage cinema inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted operations and an excellent customer experience.
  • •Oversee purchasing, replenishment, storage, and stock allocation while maintaining compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and OHS regulations.
  • •Monitor stock takes, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with Cinema Managers and Inventory Supervisors to resolve inventory issues.
  • •Maintain accurate inventory records, POS systems, ordering systems, and SKU management within approved inventory parameters.
  • •Control COGS, minimize wastage and stock variances, validate inventory transactions, and prepare inventory, sales, stock take, and cost analysis reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of inventory management or supply chain management experience in a food service or retail environment.
  • •Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • •Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail while managing multiple tasks.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to build effective relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
