•Drive the development of the valve portfolio to maximize US market share.
•Utilize data-driven sales practices to ensure sales growth of the valve portfolio.
•Collaborate with product, applications, sales, marketing and R&D teams to drive competence development and successful market introduction of new products and solutions.
•Identify and qualify new prospective customers, especially in emerging or adjacent markets, and develop a competitive pricing strategy.
•Create sales tools (presentations, demonstrations) to enable sales teams and channels to communicate value proposition and close opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical preferred) or Business Administration or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in engineering, technical sales, product management, or process development (preferably in Food, Beverage, Dairy, Protein, Personal Care, or Life Science).
•Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
•Proven success in customer-facing roles such as sales, application engineering, or technical support.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage with technical and executive stakeholders; experience managing diverse sales channels (direct, distributor, national accounts).
