Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop a deep understanding of client business scenarios and lead rapid build/validation of AI application prototypes toward production-grade deployment.
  • •Design AI and cloud-based architectures and implement solutions in client environments, integrating client APIs and data systems within security requirements.
  • •Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
  • •Identify reusable application patterns and technical issues, translate them into product feature requests, and drive product development.
  • •Partner with client engineering teams to ensure successful launches, long-term success, and strong adoption of AI applications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics (or related) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • •5+ years of client-facing technical architecture and delivery experience, including independent prototype development, client communication, and production-grade delivery.
  • •2+ years of technical team management experience.
  • •Experience building AI applications (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, agent development) and cloud-based architectures using cloud APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and high-availability design.
  • •Proficiency in building agent systems and working with open-source or commercial agent development frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI (or similar).
