Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing suggestions, ideas, and concerns.
  • •Assist in multiple store departments including consumer service, product knowledge/placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS system management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, promotion of loyalty programs, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Collaborate with store management to improve sales KPIs and adhere to asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.

Salary: USD 11.44 - 13.17

Key Requirements

  • •Be 16 years or older.
  • •Have at least O Level or above.
  • •Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other language(s) is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email, and ability to operate a retail point of sale (POS) system.
