Key Responsibilities

  • •Start up and commission new systems for environmental-control installations in commercial settings.
  • •Diagnose and repair environmental-control systems using HVAC/control, electronics, airflow, refrigeration theory, and control/mechanical techniques.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and perform servicing of products and equipment to ensure customer satisfaction at customer locations.
  • •Coordinate on-site installation and repair work by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing schedules with team leaders and customers.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability by recording asset use, wear, and conditions, including flexibility for overtime and occasional overnight stays.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 38.13 - 47.35 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls (technical school/formal training preferred).
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with handheld computers (smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations (including DUI, hit & run, reckless/careless, or license suspension) in the prior 3 years.
  • •Previous experience with DDC (direct digital control) systems preferred.
  • •EPA preferred.
