Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with the Lead Pre-Commissioning Engineer to develop pre-commissioning execution methodologies for offshore and onshore projects.
  • •Define, order, and identify pre-commissioning equipment, installation aids, spreads, and vessels; prepare task plans and readiness/constructability/HAZID.
  • •Coordinate execution and demobilization of onshore and offshore pre-commissioning work scopes, including mobilization of equipment/vessels and off-hire coordination.
  • •Support tender activities by assisting the Pre-Commissioning Technical Authority with technical and commercial build-ups, bid clarifications, and inputs to bid evaluation.
  • •Train and mentor Field Engineers; manage pre-commissioning subcontracts and maintain daily progress reporting, site memos, and lesson-learned documents.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry working for major Contractors.
  • •Experience managing a team of more than 2 Engineers.
  • •General experience across shallow and deepwater water installation operations.
  • •Rigid & flexible pipeline pre-commissioning experience executing at least 8 projects.
  • •Umbilical pre-commissioning experience executing at least 4 projects.
