Key Responsibilities

  • •Convert MS Word content into DITA XML.
  • •Develop DITA XML topics using markup element tags, attributes, maps, and conditions.
  • •Manage technical writing projects to define objectives, plan activities, execute reviews, validate and test deliverables, and mitigate document risks.
  • •Ensure technical accuracy, quality, reliability, and schedule compliance for project results.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs and engineers to identify accurate product/service illustration solutions.

Salary: EUR 38,400 - 52,800 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English verbal and written, with German as a plus.
  • •3–4+ years of DITA XML technical writing or content editor experience or similar role.
  • •Proficiency with technical publishing software including DITA XML and Oxygen Editor, plus SDL Tridion Docs.
  • •Strong knowledge of DITA transformations and customizing output via DITA XML transformations.
  • •Ability to understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, and work cross-functionally with SMEs in a fast-paced environment.
