Job Summary

Lead and manage Workday Higher Education customer engagements through the full deployment lifecycle, from planning through moves to production. Own customer experience, manage one or more Workday product implementations concurrently, and handle issues, risks, project performance, and budget/P&L accountability. Collaborate with client and internal teams, contribute to the sales cycle, present executive steering updates, mentor Professional Services resources, and support transitions to Product Support.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage one or more Workday product implementations concurrently from planning through moves to production.
•Own customer experience through deployments, including issue resolution with the client PM and maintaining executive visibility via steering committees.
•Manage project performance, risk, scope/timeframe impacts, staffing, and delivery measurement using appropriate tools and techniques.
•Develop and support project deliverables (e.g., charter, staffing plan, issue logs, status reporting) and participate in sales cycle activities to form delivery approach and proposal/SOW.
•Maintain budget/P&L accountability, present change orders for out-of-scope tasks, guide Professional Services resources, and support the transition to Product Support.

Salary: USD 122,800 - 184,200 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years project managing medium and/or large enterprise ERP solutions, preferably in Higher Education.
•6+ years prior consulting experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
•6+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP, Ellucian, or a similar application.
•4+ years working knowledge of HCM, Financials, or SIS (Student Information System) business areas.
•Experience using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheets) and overseeing 3rd parties on projects.
