Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and enhance the EMEA Compliance Data Governance framework aligned to Group data strategy, business priorities, and regulatory expectations.
  • •Establish governance for data ownership, stewardship, quality, lineage, controls, issue management, escalation, and management information; maintain inventories and data dictionaries.
  • •Design and operate the governance operating model (forums, decision-making, escalation routes, and reporting) and act as a senior Compliance representative across governance committees.
  • •Implement data quality, KRIs, and remediation oversight to ensure critical Compliance data is accurate, complete, timely, consistent, traceable, and auditable.
  • •Lead data lineage and control frameworks and govern analytics, surveillance scenarios, and financial crime data inputs across the technology lifecycle; coordinate responses to data-related audit findings and reviews.
