Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary stakeholder point of contact to align product vision and business requirements with the development team.
  • •Analyze business processes and requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
  • •Prioritize product backlog items based on business value, complexity, and risk, and keep requirements aligned with stakeholder needs.
  • •Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with QA to develop test cases that reflect business requirements.
  • •Use AI productivity tools to accelerate requirements gathering, user story drafting, and acceptance criteria writing, including specifying AI-powered features and validating quality, accuracy, and responsible AI compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Science, Business Studies, or Management.
  • •Proven experience as a Business Analyst (or similar) in a technology company.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including backlog management and prioritization in Agile environments.
  • •Excellent stakeholder communication, with proficiency in writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria.
  • •Practical proficiency with AI productivity tools (Claude Code, Kiro, Microsoft Copilot or equivalent) for BA workflows, plus familiarity with AI governance principles.
