Job Summary

Provide technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell security solutions across access control, video management, intrusion detection, and integrated security platforms. Design end-to-end security architectures, perform value engineering, and support opportunity qualification, bid strategy, and deal closure. Deliver demos, POCs, and technical presentations, manage RFP/RFQ responses, and provide technical escalation, training, and post-sales support. Based in Dubai with frequent travel to GCC as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as technical authority for LenelS2 and Honeywell security portfolios including ACS, VMS, IDS, and integrated security platforms.
•Design end-to-end security architectures aligned with customer requirements, standards, and regulatory compliance; perform value engineering.
•Partner with sales teams on opportunity qualification, bid strategy, and deal closure; support customer meetings and site surveys.
•Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs); respond to RFPs/RFQs with compliance matrices and technical clarifications.
•Mentor and serve as technical escalation for other application engineers; support transition to execution and provide post-sales technical support as needed.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field).
•Proficient in Arabic and English.
•Fresh graduate or up to one year of relevant experience.
•Basic knowledge of electronic security systems (ACS, VMS, Intrusion, integration platforms) and cloud/virtualization platforms.
•Good understanding of IP networking, cybersecurity concepts, and system integrations.
