Senior Learning Experience Developer

Design and produce learner-centered training experiences for Skydio’s pilot and technician ecosystem, translating complex autonomous-flight concepts into engaging classroom, self-paced, simulation, and immersive learning. Lead instructional multimedia production (videos, motion graphics, animation, and interactive assets) while expanding integration of Skydio Paraverse and emerging tech such as AI-assisted content creation, AR/VR, simulation, and interactive visualization. Collaborate across instructors, engineers, and subject matter experts to improve performance and standardize scalable workflows.
