Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure consistent execution of standard planning processes in multiple operations centers and factory planning teams, using KPI management and timely problem solving.
  • •Build, develop, motivate, and lead the operations-center planning team.
  • •Drive allocation decisions and execution of planning priorities to satisfy customer demands while accounting for Tier1/Tier2 manufacturing constraints.
  • •Lead cross-functional efforts to identify bottlenecks and complexities on critical materials and implement corrective actions to improve Tier1/Tier2 delivery performance.
  • •Verify and cross-audit suppliers for capacity reliability, order confirmation accuracy, product transfer execution, and overall planning reliability; drive on-time approvals for additional mold requests.
