Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Talent Acquisition team with intern recruitment, including resume screening, video prescreens analysis, and interview booking.
  • •Support end-to-end Contingent Workforce lifecycle transactions in Workday (onboarding, extensions, and offboarding).
  • •Monitor the Contingent Workforce mailbox and triage Workday transaction-related inquiries from leaders, vendors, and workers.
  • •Support Contingent Workforce reporting (weekly and monthly) and job change/process entries within Workday for internal actions.
  • •Assist HR Payroll with manual entries and validations in Workday, respond to pay inquiries, and complete reporting tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Be enrolled as a third- or fourth-year full-time student and working toward a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • •Not graduate from your bachelor’s program before the internship end date.
  • •Commit to an 8-month work term starting August 31, 2026 (40 hours per week).
  • •Be willing to relocate to Calgary and work in-person at the Calgary downtown office.
  • •Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CoPilot AI, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook) and be authorized to work in Canada for the duration of employment.
