  • •Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in construction cost management.
  • •Experience as an estimator/cost manager/quantity surveyor (e.g., Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Cost Controls).
  • •Experience providing conceptual estimating and/or pre-construction services at a construction management or related firm.
  • •Good knowledge of construction value management/value engineering and excellent communication skills.
