Job Summary

Own the full software development lifecycle for Visa’s VAS Innovation & Learning portfolio, including Visa University, Minerva, and VCA Knowledge Xchange. Lead modernization and architectural design for scalable, secure enterprise systems, integrating Generative AI capabilities and improving learner analytics. Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams, drive engineering excellence through design reviews and code governance, and improve reliability via incident, change, and problem management.

•Own end-to-end delivery of custom-built applications and SaaS solutions for Visa University, Minerva, and VCA Knowledge Xchange.
•Design and build complex features and services across .NET-based applications, translating requirements into scalable system designs.
•Lead design reviews and enforce code quality, while troubleshooting production issues to improve system reliability.
•Contribute to modernization efforts, including GenAI-driven learner support tools and xAPI-based learner tracking for analytics and gamification.
•Support incident/change/problem management processes to ensure high availability, and mentor engineers to improve engineering best practices.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent advanced degree/PhD; or 8+ years relevant experience).

•Deep experience designing scalable, resilient enterprise systems and distributed architectures.
•Strong DevOps and CI/CD expertise, including containerization and release management.
•Proficiency in monitoring/logging and secure development practices, with strong communication across global agile teams.
