Key Responsibilities

•Identify and evaluate new home service and field service categories to expand into.
•Interview customers and prospects, shadow workflows, and synthesize research into product and strategy recommendations.
•Size and prioritize vertical opportunities based on pain urgency, willingness to pay, AI feasibility, implementation complexity, sales motion, and P&L impact.
•Translate research into crisp product direction: write specs, define the initial wedge, and prepare mockups when useful.
•Partner with sales and customer success for early customers, then define success metrics and drive learning loops after launch.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years experience in product management.
•Deep curiosity about how customer businesses operate, including workflows, incentives, edge cases, economics, and real operations.
•Strong market judgment to evaluate opportunities from first principles and filter noise.
•High agency to create structure in ambiguity and own outcomes end to end.
•Experience building AI-first products (agents, AI-powered workflows, or AI-native experiences) and translating research into clear strategy docs/specs.
