Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of a targeted programme of outreach activities with partner schools, including mentoring, presentations, workshops, and campus visits.
  • •Support the Speak Out programme to develop learners’ public speaking skills.
  • •Coordinate and deliver agreed outreach activities with colleagues and partner organisations, using approved materials.
  • •Develop content for workshops and presentations, including digital resources for use in presentations and worksheets.
  • •Collect accurate attendance data, perform appropriate evaluation, and provide programme-level support across the partnership as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Educated to degree level (or equivalent) or a relevant Level 3 or 4 qualification.
  • •Knowledge of the UK education system and awareness of widening participation and outreach programmes.
  • •Experience working within the HE/education sector and working with young people.
  • •Experience supporting the organisation and delivery of events or educational activities.
  • •Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, with proven IT skills (Microsoft Office) including use of databases.
