Provide timely, accurate service for client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and detailed records. Deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying needs, educating clients on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile), and supporting outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Cross-train to assist sales and service efforts, help with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk policies.
