Job Summary

Provide specialized business analysis and process support for maintenance systems across SAP and non-SAP applications to enable automation in Borouge’s plants. Own first-line support for SAP computerized maintenance management and related systems, coordinate application projects for process automation, and manage user access, training, and problem resolution. Conduct feasibility and testing studies, develop performance matrices and reports, and support process integration, governance, risk, and disaster recovery activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide business analysis and process support for maintenance systems across SAP and non-SAP applications to drive automation for plant operations.
•Deliver first-line support for computerized maintenance management (SAP) and related maintenance systems, interfaces, and custom applications.
•Coordinate and supervise process automation and related application projects, including feasibility studies, testing, and implementation through completion.
•Manage process and system optimization by assessing impacts of process changes, overseeing system test readiness, and maintaining application access and user authorities.
•Train and coach system users, troubleshoot issues during/after implementation, and develop performance matrices and reports.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Management Information Systems or a related discipline.
•Fluency in English (written and oral).
•Minimum 5–8 years total experience, including at least 3 years as Business Information Systems Specialist or IT System Analyst.
•3–6 years of experience in technical roles for petrochemicals, oil & gas companies.
•Experience with computerized maintenance management systems; knowledge of policies/procedures and process flowcharts; advantage: SAP Workflow, ABAP, and VBA.
