Job Summary

Responsible for delivering IT solutions within a specific business capability in a Salesforce/SAP-like domain, designing data/process/technology solutions, and supporting IT operations. Works independently to translate requirements into designs, drive delivery, and provide expert guidance across modules while collaborating with business owners and change management teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate solution requirements into solution designs independently; assess the impact of the IT solution with the Business applications to provide estimates on effort, costs and timelines for project proposals.
•Be recognised as technical and functional expert in their respective working modules by business
•Be part of change management/ user adoption of the solution, by providing expertise of specific BU/function e2e business process.
•Drive project to ensure that new features are adopted appropriately.
•Support production support: incident analysis and problem resolution where expertise is required and/or complex
•Participate in trend analysis of incidents and Root Cause Analysis; drive improvements and remediation.
•Support compliancy controls for the delivery of applications with evidence; adhere to ITGC & ITAC processes
•Assess materiality of related Deficiency incidents and ensure remediation evidence
•Apply data migration, release management, and SOD/UAM controls
•Provide consultancy on controls and testing to IT Operations as required.
•Contribute to solutioning policies, principles and standards
•Contribute to the Domains and Communities of Practice

Key Requirements

•Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field; Masters Degree is a plus.
