Key Responsibilities

  • •Problem analysis and approach: Gather relevant information, analyze with available means, gather additional diagnostic info if needed, decide on initial approach and execute, consulting with others as necessary.
  • •Problem handovers and routing: Handover problems to 2nd line support and document/package all data for resolution (pass-downs, field service reports, technical reports).
  • •Repairs: Use tools, replace parts, adjust settings, and perform standard service actions independently.
  • •Procedures: Arrange parts, tools, and information to be available at the start of procedures based on scheduled machine time window.
  • •Training / advice: Explain actions to users to correct malfunctions, train customers in use and routine maintenance, and recommend changes in user procedures when needed

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in technical industry; semiconductor industry experience preferred
  • •Experience using computer applications including data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software
  • •Knowledge of product functionality of the main modules/sub-modules
  • •Willingness to work at customer sites and perform hands-on maintenance and repairs
