Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with hiring managers and business/group leaders to understand unique talent needs.
  • •Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating position descriptions, sourcing pipelines, screening candidates, advising partners, and negotiating offers.
  • •Develop and execute sourcing plans and own candidate management from identification through offer extension and closing.
  • •Work cross-functionally with recruiters and promote an inclusive recruiting culture.
  • •Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,800 - 137,900 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in recruiting OR 3 years in human resources OR 3 years in client consulting, or a combination.
  • •4+ years of experience in corporate recruiting with full life cycle, research, and sourcing.
  • •2+ years of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while building strong working relationships.
  • •Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
