Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals by profiling customers, building relationships, using sales and customer service software, participating in sales campaigns, and following up by phone or email.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to established policies and procedures.
•Advise customers using knowledge of bank products and services, and begin learning more complicated retail products including IRAs and loans.
•Handle basic Teller transactions as needed (cash checks, process deposits and withdrawals) and balance the drawer while following processes and procedures.
•Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with internal and legislated regulations (including BSA/Fraud/CTR, CIP, beneficial ownership, and annual training completion).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 29 hourly

Key Requirements

•Universal Banker (Level 1): High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience (banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales, office, etc.).
•Senior Universal Banker (Level 2): High school diploma (or equivalent) and two years of related experience in relevant banking, cash handling, customer service and/or sales roles.
•Universal Relationship Banker (Level 3): High school diploma (or equivalent) and three or more years of related experience, including some banking/sales and client relationship management.
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite and be available during branch hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm and Saturday, 8am-12pm).
