Job Summary

Lead continuous improvement efforts for the STANLEY Engineered Fastening (SEF) team on-site, directing and coordinating activities to achieve organizational goals. Partner with EHS to ensure OSHA-aligned safety practices, optimize personnel and equipment utilization, and address production variances. Manage large and small projects to enhance profitability, develop budgets, and provide performance planning and mentorship to direct reports. Collaborate cross-functionally across Engineer, EHS, Quality, and Manufacturing.

•Prior experience developing and managing teams; ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
