Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, implementation, and development of analysis, tools, and reports for internal clients by translating complex data into business insights.
  • •Work with large datasets: extract, manipulate, clean, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources.
  • •Develop and implement BI/reporting and analytical solutions; maintain regular reporting and provide bespoke analyses on business vertical performance.
  • •Create and deliver business-centric insights through visualization and storytelling, translating outputs into actionable recommendations.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and outcomes, monitor requests, ensure project quality, and identify opportunities to automate repeatable analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years applying analytical and statistical methods to solve business problems.
  • •Graduate/Post Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
  • •High proficiency running SQL scripts to extract data from multiple sources.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of Python for ETL, analysis, and automation, plus experience handling extremely large datasets and datamarts.
  • •Experience with Excel and BI tools, and familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) is expected; English fluency required.
