Payload IPT Lead

Lead end-to-end payload design and the integration & test (AI&T) execution for a commercial satellite program. Coordinate supplier deliveries and drive project work to schedule, including resource planning and baseline performance tracking. Create and maintain detailed satellite system integration and test plans, assign responsibilities across team members, and ensure use of Boeing Space & Missile systems processes while collaborating with cross-functional spacecraft development teams on DFMAT and process improvements.
