Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, define, and prioritize product features and enhancements with clear business value and metrics.
  • •Develop deep understanding of finance and procurement personas and end-to-end workflows across procure-to-pay and order-to-cash lenses.
  • •Serve as the hub across Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Sales, Order Operations, Partner Experience, Legal, and Tax to enable launches and user readiness.
  • •Own release enablement end to end, including communications, documentation, SOPs, and training, and coordinate with Marketing.
  • •Design SOX-relevant controls into product workflows and apply automation/AI to measurable high-volume transactional work, including cash application, invoice exceptions, disputes, and payout inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product, program, or project management experience, plus 4+ years in an accounting related role such as bookkeeping, staff accounting, or audit.
  • •Strong accounting fundamentals, including accrual concepts, revenue recognition, chart of accounts, reconciliation, month-end close, audit, and SOX controls.
  • •Experience with accounting/ERP platforms such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar subledgers and general ledger/journal entry flows.
  • •Ability to design policy-driven workflows (credit limits, approval routing, tiered sign-off, exception queues, escalation logic).
  • •Experience integrating with ERP platforms and third-party solutions (e.g., Stripe, Avalara, High Radius, Zuora, Coupa, Ariba).
