Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items, and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
  • •Prepare beverages consistently per standard recipes and venue specifications, while complying with control systems.
  • •Perform opening/running/closing duties and manage guest checks and payments on the point-of-sale terminal.
  • •Maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards, record equipment failures/safety hazards, and support responsible alcohol service per policy and local ordinance.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience and skill in interpersonal communication and teamwork.
  • •Must be physically able to lift or move up to 25 lbs and pass a pour test and timed mixology drill.
  • •Ability to recognize and appropriately deal with intoxicated guests, refusing further alcohol service when necessary.
  • •Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or an equivalent.
