Job Summary

Lead the product development and evolution of an enterprise platform within Clio’s Operate (ShareDo) and vLex Vincent portfolio. Craft and communicate a strategic vision, set positioning, and drive roadmaps through complex trade-offs. Own the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch using metrics and customer insights, and translate customer needs into actionable priorities. Collaborate across product, engineering, design, marketing, and sales while evangelizing to customers across North America.

•Craft and communicate a strategic vision aligned with company goals, influencing multiple product roadmaps to drive meaningful outcomes.
•Leverage product knowledge and market insights to anticipate shifts in customer needs and create distinctive solutions.
•Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and track KPIs to drive optimization and continuous improvement.
•Develop frameworks that enable the team to make data-informed product decisions and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience.
•Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, translating needs into the product roadmap and aligning teams on goals and milestones.
