Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and shape immigration strategy, policies, and the vendor/counsel model
  • •Manage U.S., UK, and Canadian visa cases across the full lifecycle, including renewals and permanent residency
  • •Design and run end-to-end international relocation support for employees and families
  • •Serve as internal expert and advise recruiters, People Partners, and leaders on visa eligibility and mobility questions
  • •Own global compliance and build playbooks for payroll, employment law, immigration, and cross-border travel
